Return Policy

We want you to have a completely satisfying experience with PizzaHomeChef.com. So if you are displeased in any way about your shipment, please contact us right away at returns@pizzahomechef.com with the information requested below.

To return items, you must include a copy of your invoice and a return authorization with all returned merchandise. We need these to process your return.  Merchandise must be in its original packaging and unused. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% plus costs for shipping and return. Some items shipped straight from the manufacturer cannot be returned. We don’t accept returns after 15 days from shipping date.

We cannot accept return of used pizza stones. To avoid cracking, please avoid sudden temperature changes as discussed in The Pizza School and The Pizza Store.  We cannot return orders delivered outside the U.S.

Shipping Policy

Within the United States we ship most of our products using UPS standard rates. The shipping amount calculated in the process of your purchase is the best estimate we can provide as an automated calculation.  Actual shipping costs and methods may vary slightly. If shipping costs actually significanty exceed the estimate, we will obtain your approval before processing your order. This has never actually happened. But still, better to say something beforehand.

Free Shipping: In order to offer the absolute lowest prices to our customers, PizzaHomeChef.com may from time to time offer certain specified items free of shipping charges. This free shipping only applies to regular ground shipping within the United States. The map above shows approximate transit times for ground delivery. Times shown are guidelines and are not guaranteed.

International Orders

 To order from outside the United States, please go to our Order From Outside U.S.A. page. Once there, you simply list the items, their SKU numbers and the quantities you wish to order, along with your shipping address.

We will then calculate the best shipping arrangement and provide an estimate on purchase and delivery and send you an email with this estimate.

This emailed estimate includes a button to pay for your items by credit card or PayPal. Once you have paid, we will ship your order.

Availability Policy

Most items are ready to ship the same day we receive your order. However some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are ordered from the manufacturer only after you place your order with us. This can delay shipment somewhat. We will notify you of delays. To expedite delivery we will occasionaly substitute an item in your order with a comparable product of equal or better quality.
